Vision
Architecture, as an indispensable profession for basic human needs, has gained the right of Free Movement of Services within European Union alongside Medical Sciences and Law. It is accepted as one of the most needed professions of all times, as it adapts and evolves according to advances in technology, global politics and economy. Architecture department aims to sustain prioritizing importance of human rights and universal values, being competitive in international level, pioneering in production and utilization of building science technology in parallel with the university vision; a department to be proud of being its student, alumni and staff.
Mission
The mission of the Architecture department is to school architects who have leadership skills to conduct creative, entrepreneurial design and construction processes with high complexity. Graduates are expected to be competent in using building materials and technology efficiently, advanced in design skills, equipped with architectural culture and awareness of cultural heritage in accordance with professional ethics and environmental sensitivity; to create unique buildings, spaces and environment.
